This clarificatory text was prepared by Seed Turizm Ve Otel Hiz. Tic. I.C. qua data supervisor within the scope of 10thArticle of the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data and Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Clarification.
Visual recording is done and the recording act is monitored by information technologies and administrative affairs via 71 security cameras which are found in the exterior of the service area, corridor hallways, car park, restaurant area, seaside beach areas, technical service department, warehouse, garden areas and rooms, front of meeting room and camera system room, in order to provide security to the service area.
Your personal data mentioned above is processed automatically due to the 5th Article of the Law on “Obligatory Data Processing for the Legitimate Benefits of the Data Supervisor Provided that No Harm Is Done to the Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of the Person Concerned”.In addition, your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or related law enforcement agencies upon request, in accordance with the relevant legislation, to resolve legal disputes.
